This wonder surrounded by greenery is Villa "CASALE DEL SUGHERETO" and is located in one of the most beautiful viewpoints of Bolsena, with a magnificent view of the lake. The villa is truly majestic, starting from the entrance gate, which immediately opens our view to an almost fairytale-like building, with an immense garden and a spectacular swimming pool, complemented by characteristic fountain jets that come out of the stone wall. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed here: Apart from the owner, who still lives there and is rarely present, you have the entire property with pool to yourself!
The interior is certainly not far behind, on the contrary. A massive wooden door opens onto the living room, furnished with two sofas, a cabinet on which the TV rests, a beautiful wooden chest of drawers and a small, but very elegant, wooden table completed by four chairs that are nothing short of regal. The room is very bright and the windows overlook the beautiful lake view. As soon as you enter the house, on the left we find the first bedroom. This, entirely in shades of petrol blue, has a beautiful bed inside with a padded headboard and a large white wardrobe. A small corridor then leads to the kitchen, the main bathroom and the second bedroom, with private bathroom. The kitchen, which revolves around beige tones, is independent and has a more modern style. The main bathroom, also in a modern style, is entirely covered with stone tiles and has a beautiful and very spacious shower inside. The second bedroom, in the same style as the first, could be called "master", in fact it is more spacious than the first and also has an attached private bathroom.
